First Flights Maths focus for the next few weeks is Algebra. We have been learning about making and describing shape and number patterns.
Today Kopukapuka practised making patterns with different materials and made pattern snakes with coloured paper. We described our patterns to each other and predicted the next shape in the sequence.
Harakeke is getting good at reading patterns and making patterns with different things.
